To celebrate Kobo Daishi Kukai’s birthday,

Special events are held for the first time in three years.

Prior to the Main Festival (12th June),

a variety of events are held for two days.

A Buddhist mass celebrating Kobo Daishi Kukai’s birthday

is held on his birthday, 15th June at Daishi Kyokai.
